Thank you for joining us at Oaklawn Hot Springs for the 29th annual Broyles Award. All five finalists will be present, and the winner will be announced at the Award Ceremony. The event will be televised, starting at 7:30pm.

Please follow directional signs indicating the Hotel and Main Lobby Entrance.
Parking:
Guests may use valet parking at the Hotel entrance, or park in the main lot adjacent to the Hotel. Please follow signage from the Hotel lobby to the reception and ceremony area.
Coat Check:
We will provide coat check services upon arrival in the lobby.
Tickets:
There are no physical tickets for the event – all guests will check-in with registration upon arrival and before entering the ballroom.

Thursday, February 13th:
5:00 pm – 7:00pm – Tom Schueck Memorial Reception
- VIP event for coaches, special guests and sponsors only
6:15 pm – Doors Open
- Check-in at registration booth upon arrival for seating directions
7:00 pm-9:00pm – Awards Ceremony
- Special guests: Desmond Howard, Mark May
- Guests should plan to be seated for dinner by 7:00pm
