Hall, a transfer from Division II Sioux Falls, has a 40.7-yard average with 13 punts downed inside the 20, including a season-high four against James Madison. Linebacker Mario Thompson has developed into a defensive leader in his sophomore season for the Monarchs leading the team with four sacks and 9.5 tackles for loss.
